• No complaints will be accepted for shortage are breakage once products are received.
• If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return or exchange it within 7 days of receiving.
• In case of exchange only we will charge for the extra payment if exchange exceeds from returned items.
• In case of refund 30% of the total amount will be charge for labor and processing fee.
• The product must be in its original packaging and in the same condition as when it was received.
• The product must be unused and unassembled.
• The product must be returned with all original parts and accessories.
• Please note that customized or special-order items are non-returnable.
• To initiate a return or exchange, we must need original invoice.
• In case of return we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to send the product back to us.
• Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
• Once we receive the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange within maximum 2 to 3 days.
• Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
